RETURNS POLICY
Please note when returning underwear or bikinis they need to have the hygiene liner installed for it to be returned. We will only accept goods back in their original condition, not worn out on a Friday night and then washed by mum. or dad. Original tags (where appropriate) must still be attached and we suggest when trying things on for the first time you do so without loads of make up. that includes the boys. Please return all items to: The Alternative Store c/o FUSE The Forum 127-129 Devonshire Street Sheffield S3 7SB. Please ensure you enclose your invoice, plus a note telling us you would like a refund/different size. Before requesting a replacement, please check the website for availability before returning items. If you require a replacement size, please enclose the appropriate payment. This can be either cheque, postal order or cash (at your own risk). We will endeavour to send out goods/issue refund as soon as possible but please allow 7 days for it all to go through. Intellectual Property The Alternative Store owns all rights in the designs and information on our website, brand and imagery. Copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights protect them. The materials on our website may not be used for any other purpose. We will use the information that you provide and the records of items you buy to constantly monitor and improve our service and for marketing purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Company Information We are not liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. There are only so many things you can influence. The Delivery page of our website gives you a guide to when your goods will be delivered. As part of the shipping process, an e-mail is sent to you when your goods are dispatched from our warehouse. We will not be responsible for any losses resulting from your use or the inability to use our website. If this results in unauthorized access to, or alteration of your transmissions or data in circumstances, you can’t blame us. We will not be responsible for your loss of profits, wasted expenditure, corruption or destruction of data or any other loss which does not directly result from something we have done wrong. Once you have placed an order we will send you an e-mail confirming that we have received your order. The email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your order details. The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your order. We aim only to display items which are in stock and which can be despatched to you quickly. If we are unable to supply a particular item that you have ordered we will supply the remainder of your order and refund the cost of the out-of-stock item and related shipping fee. In most cases any such refund will be made directly to your credit or debit card. You will be notified of the delivery costs automatically, as part of the checkout process, before you submit your card details. We may change or withdraw any part of our website, or may refuse you access to the website at any time if we consider it necessary. So don’t try to be all ‘War Games’ and hack in cos we’ll have you. Right to Cancel We make no promise that our website will be uninterrupted or entirely error free. We are human too, you know. Due to the nature of the Internet, the online shopping service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
