If for whatever reason you are not happy with your item, you can return it within 14 days for an exchange or full refund. You are liable for all postage costs for returning and the posting out of replacement items. To make things straight-forward, we charge a flat rate of £3.50 for exchanges.

For reasons of health and hygiene, we cannot offer refunds on food, pierced jewellery and underwear. In addition, swimwear cannot be returned if the hygiene strip has been removed.

We will only accept goods returned in their original condition that will allow us to re-sell the item. Any original tags must still be attached. Please make sure the item is not visibly worn, damaged or marked in any way, smelling of smoke, perfume, after shave or washing powder or in any condition that we would deem to make it unsaleable.

Please ensure you enclose your invoice/packing note, plus a note telling us if you would like a refund/different size/item. If you're requesting a replacement, please check the website for availability before returning your item(s). If you require a replacement item, please enclose the appropriate payment. This can be either cheque, postal order or cash (sent at your own risk).
We will endeavour to send out goods/issue refund as soon as possible but please allow 10 days for processing and dispatch.

You can order products displayed on this website using the secure shopping cart provided.
When you have placed your order you will receive an e-mail confirming that we have received it. The email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your order details. The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your order.
We aim only to display items which are in stock and which can be dispatched to you quickly. If we are unable to supply a particular item that you have ordered we will supply the remainder of your order and refund the cost of the out-of-stock item and related shipping fee. In most cases any such refund will be made directly to your credit or debit card. You will be notified of the delivery costs automatically, as part of the checkout process, before you submit your card details.
We may change or withdraw any part of our website, or may refuse you access to the website at any time if we consider it necessary.

Right to Cancel
To combat credit and debit card fraud, we reserve the right to cancel any order where the customer uses a credit or debit card issued by a card provider based in a country other than the customers delivery address. If the customer fails to provide the additional information we need to verify their identity and address within five days, or if you give false information during the registration process we reserve the right to cancel the order. In all such cases we'll refund the full amount paid in sterling.
The online shopping service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not responsible to you if we are unable to provide our Internet services for any reason beyond our control.
