Extended Christmas Returns Policy: We are extending our standard returns policy this Christmas to provide you with peace of mind for the Christmas season. Items purchased from the alternative store and dispatched during the period from today to December 23rd, 2011 inclusive may be returned at any time before 14th January , 2012. Our returns policy will revert to the standard 14 -day period for items purchased after December 31st, 2011. Christmas Deliveries We appreciate that shopping for that perfect gift takes up a lot of time and energy at Christmas. We have provided you with a useful guide to order deadlines and delivery cut off dates. Standard delivery (2-3 working days but please allow for around 7) lastguaranteed posting date is Monday the 19th . Expedited delivery (1-2 working days) last guaranteed delivery is Wednesdaythe 21st. Special Delivery (next day by 1pm ) last day for guaranteed is Thursday the 22nd. International delivery last day for western Europe is the 12th,eastern Europe, Canada and the U.S.A. is the 9th and china, Australia, Asia, Africa, Middle east, Caribbean, southAmerica and new Zealand is the 5th of December. Please note wecannot guarantee the international delivery as it does depend on the countries postal system so please give it a little extra time if possible.

We do offer Next Day Special Delivery if you are utterly desperate for your item to arrive as quick as possible – please add ‘Special Delivery’ to your order (Please click HERE for it) and we will send it UK Special Delivery. Please note – this is only available to UK customers and will cost you an extra £7.99. We also offer an Express Service (2-3 working days) for an additional £3.00.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ** IMPORTANT ** - We do not provide as standard a full tracking service for International Orders, please be aware that WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for orders once they have left our warehouse. If your order is lost/damaged/stolen you will have to take this up with your postal service.
