Extended Christmas Returns Policy: 

 We are extending  our  standard  returns policy this Christmas toprovide you with  peace of mind  for the Christmas season. Itemspurchased from the alternative store  and dispatched during the period from today to December  23rd, 2011 inclusivemay be returned at any time before 14^th  January , 2012. Our returns policy will revert to the standard  14 -day period for items purchased after December 31st, 2011.

Christmas Deliveries

We appreciate that shopping for that perfect gift  takes up a lot of time and energy at Christmas. We have provided you with a useful guide  to  order deadlines and  delivery  cut off dates. Please be aware that  delivery services can be subject to change and  affected by adverse weather, so please keep checking . Merry Christmas from all at  the alternative store.

 

Standard delivery (2-3 working days but please allow for around 7) lastguaranteed posting date is Monday the 19^th .

Expedited delivery (1-2 working days) last guaranteed delivery is Wednesdaythe 21^st.

Special Delivery (next day by 1pm ) last day for guaranteed is Thursday the 22^nd.

International delivery last day for western Europe is the 12^th,eastern Europe, Canada and the U.S.A.  is the 9^th and china, Australia, Asia, Africa, Middle east, Caribbean, south America and new Zealand is the 5^th of December. Please note wecannot guarantee the international delivery as it does depend on the countries postal system so please give it a little extra time if possible.

Returns Policy

Its fairly straightforward, really.

If for whatever reason you are not happy with your item, you can return it within 14 days for an exchange or full refund. You are liable for all postage costs for returning and the posting out of replacement items (to make things easy we charge a flat £3.00  for clothing exchange, £3.00 for shoes (uk only) For overseas orders please include the original postage paid so we can send you the replacement item.( please contact us for details)

We will only accept goods back in their original condition, not worn out on a Friday night and then washed by mum. or dad.

Original tags (where appropriate) must still be attached and we suggest when trying things on for the first time you do so without loads of make up. that includes the boys.

Please ensure you enclose your invoice, plus a note telling us you would like a refund/different size. Before requesting a replacement, please check the website for availability before returning items. If you require a replacement size, please enclose the appropriate payment. This can be either cheque, postal order or cash (at your own risk).

We will endeavour to send out goods/issue refund as soon as possible but please allow 7 days for it all to go through.
